Add a maximize button to any jQuery UI Dialog.

It’s as simple as adding a maximize: true to the initiating options of a dialog.

Also, you need to add a button graphic that will use the CSS class
ui-dialog-titlebar-maximize

This can be added anywhere, as long as it is included somewhere in your CSS. There is no graphic by default that comes with jQuery UI, so you will need to make your own.
